Bungie.net (also known as bnet) was once free internet-based service that allowed players from around the world to gather in one central location for Myth: The Fallen Lords, Myth II: Soulblighter, and other Bungie Software games.
The service closed for Myth: TFL on November 2001. Once the games moved into the phase of being supported by a volunteer dev fan community, other servers took over, and Myth II's bnet was shutdown on March of 2002. The domain is now the official name for Bungie's website.
