Llancarfan

Llancarfan was the ancient capital of the Cath Bruig Empire from the Age of Reason to the Wind Age. The city served as the symbol for freedom, wealth and prosperity amongst their neighboring allies. They traded with the cities of the Province, the barbarian clansmen of Gower and the Twelve Duns, and the Kingdom of the Dwarves, while keeping a watchful eye on the Duns' farmlands, who were the providers of food.

Despite the horror that the Myrkridia inflicted upon the world, Llancarfan remained a splendid kingdom from it all as they held their ground. When the Dark attempted to siege the ancient capital on July 20, 1435 AE, its defenders were successful in fending them off. It was the home to many great sorcerers and dwarven craftsmen, whose works included the Tain and the Sun Hammer.

After Moagim's defeat and the beheading of Mjarin, Connacht renamed the capital to Muirthemne in honor the Dwarven smiths who helped protect it. This ushered in the Wolf Age.
