Hulking, pig-like brutes native to the Blind Steppes, Mauls wear armor and wield spiked clubs fashioned from whole tree trunks. With heads as thick as their massive limbs, they were easily bound to Soulblighter’s service. -Mauls Description, Glossary, Myth III Manual

Description[]

Mauls are big pig like creatures that wield spiked clubs and wear heavy chain mail armor. They can move fast over terrain and act as shields for other troops. They served Soublighter who promised them new lands to conquer. Though not as fast or powerful as Myrkridia, Mauls are a lot more disciplined and fight for the Dark.

Given their resemblance to the Oghres in Myth III: The Wolf Age, it is believed that Mauls were the ancestors of the Oghres or they were a closely related race from the Blind Steppes.
