A fir'Bolg guiding the Legion through the Ermine.
The Ermine is a vast northern forest located between the Free Cities of the North and the Cloudspine Mountains. The inhabitants of the forest include the fir'bolg, the bre'Unor, wolves and griffins.
During the Second War, an expedition to find The Deceiver involved The Legion taking a shortcut through the Ermine to reach the Cloudspine. However, the expedition's camp was attacked repeatedly during the night by the bre'Unor and their own wolves. The Legion managed to fend off the attackers and survive the night.
