The Great Library is located within the partially rebuilt city of Covenant. The library was constructed in place of the Great University that was destroyed in the Great War.
During the Second War, Alric believed that Soulblighter would use the Total Codex to find the Summoner and resurrect the Myrkridia. The Legion had to repel the Dark forces as a Journeyman went into the Great Library to retrieve the Codex. They were successfully in their mission, but Soulblighter would ultimately fulfill his goals through alternative means.
