The Plain of Scales is a vast lowland east of the Toven River and rising to the Cloudspine at Bagrada, with the old city of Scales located south of the plains. In the Great War, the Legion had to march up the river to destroy a World Knot west of the Cloudspine. Sixty years later during the Second War, they had to return to that same Knot to repair it.
