White Falls is the name of a town and the waterfall itself. It's located on the Meander River southeast of Tandem, west of the Ermine. Near town of White Falls is a fortress that's equipped with several canons for shooting down hostile ships and ground enemies.
After Madrigal fell to the Myrkridia, the Legion sailed on the Vigilance north to White Falls when they discovered that the Dark had captured the fort. A beach invasion was launched, with the Legion successfully reclaiming it.
